I have a million old screen prints that I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with. That’s why this piece is dated 2012, but it’s actually from 2019. The original print was done in 2016, and I have about 100 more. When clearing out my studio I never want to throw art out, BUT, it’s not doing anyone any good sitting in a portfolio.
So this is the first in a series of cats on furniture. I like the collage aspect to it. This piece sold within 30 minutes of being posted online as well.
I’ll be making some more, but I am really happy with the way this one turned out.
