This piece is guache on water color paper. I was really happy with the textures I was able to get out of the guache. (I treated myself to a paint set and have been playing with it)
This was a comissioned piece from this past year. The client wanted her wedding bouqeut preserved.
This was during the time period I was trying to really work on my digital painting skills. I am proud of the progress I made in this one.
Toi and I go way back, organizing and participating in local events is how we met. She’s an incredible soul, talented writer and chef.
I have a million old screen prints that I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with. That’s why this piece is dated 2012, but it’s actually from 2019. The original print was done in 2016, and I have about 100 more. When clearing out my studio I never want to throw art out, BUT, it’s not doing anyone any good sitting in a portfolio.
I always love experimenting with different techniques and mediums. Once again this was a demo for my students.
